The Restrainer mentioned in 2 Thessalonians is the Holy Spirit. The 'man of sin' is mentioned in 2 Thessalonians 2: (vs 3) his Revelation (vs 4) his Rebellion (vs 6) his Restraint (vs 8) his Retribution. |
