** Commencement will be held at Grace Fellowship Church, 9505 Deereco Road, Timonium, Maryland.

All prospective graduates must apply for graduation by May 31st, but no later than by the close of the second week in September of the academic year preceding their anticipated graduation. Students who are not enrolled during the Fall Semester must also adhere to the second week of September deadline. Applications can be picked up at any time from the Registrar at the Park Avenue Main Office. Completed applications must be submitted directly to the Park Avenue Main Office.

Registration Fee:
Students, Auditors and Visitors beyond the 2nd visit: $40.00 per school year.
Late Registration Fee: $5.00 - (Refunds up until 2nd week of classes.)
Returned Check Fee: $25.00

Charges upon completion of required courses:
Foundational Church Ministries Certificate - $15.00
Standard and Advanced Church Ministries Certificate - (each) $15.00
Diploma - Baltimore School of the Bible - $15.00
Graduation Fee - $15.00

NOTE: Any class in which less than 6 students register may be canceled and postponed until the following year.
